We produce coded tags that keep your personal details and identity hidden. They can be applied to pretty much anything so that if you lose an item, whoever finds it can report it to us and we can then notify you with methods of recovery. Our tags do not require any electronics, batteries, or emit any radio signals so they are much better for the environment than any electronic tracker will ever be.

BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
What we do is pretty simple really. Our coded tags can be used as personal item trackers to track items like phones, wallets, keys, clothes, toys, etc. They are non-electronic so they're more friendlier to the environment in lots of ways. The tags work by letting whoever finds your item report it to us without giving away any of your personal details. We can then track the item and recover it using various recovery methods depending on what preferences are selected. We can recover items that are lost anywhere within the UK providing the items are tagged with one of our coded tags and someone finds them. When someone finds an item, they can report it to us by entering the code online. We can then assist in recovering the item. We do this in one of four ways depending on what the item is and what the owner chooses as a recovery method.
The owner makes arrangements directly with the finder to collect the item. The finder will need to give us permission to disclose their name and phone number to the owner and the owner will need to agree to collect the item directly. This is the quickest and most cost effective method of recovery and is particularly useful for bulky items.
We send out a pre-paid postage packet to the finder, addressed to the owner. All the finder needs to do is place the item in the packet and take it to a local post office/ParcelShop or have a courier collect it from them.
We send out a pre-paid postage packet to the finder, addressed to us. When we receive the packet, we then send it to the owner. The advantage of this method is it keeps the details of both owner and finder hidden from each other. This is particularly useful for recovering items like wallets and keys.
If a finder doesn't agree to you collecting the item from them or can't take it a local post office/ParcelShop, a courier collection is the final option. We'll organise a specialist courier to collect the item from the finder and deliver it to you. Other items that may require a courier collection are those that are too bulky to send in the post, need special handling or they are very valuable. We'll call you to discuss options in detail.
